In 2016, 2017, and 2018 he was selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine, and selected as a Top 40 under 40 by The National Advocates. He has received that “Client’s Choice” award and is rated a perfect 10 out of 10 by AVVO since 2013.
In 2017, acted as an Adjunct Professor at the George Mason University School of Law teaching Immigration Law.

Mr. Miller is a 2009 Graduate of George Mason University School of Law. He is also a graduate of Elon University. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and admitted before the following Courts: US Supreme Court, 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, Eastern District of Virginia, and the Eastern District of Virginia Bankruptcy Court. He is a notary public and member in good standing of the Virginia Bar.

Mr. Miller is a leader in his community and among his fellow attorneys. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Mr. Miller heads the Venue and Marketing Committee and is the Placement Coordinator for the 2017 & 2018 AILA Summer Internship Program.

Mr. Miller grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, but has called Washington, DC his home for more than a decade. He lives in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Miller was honored to be a professor of Immigration law at George Mason University School of law in 2017. Teaching the next generation of lawyers the practice and procedure of immigration law is an important responsibility.
Teaching the law gives perspective on cases and provides a platform for social change. When we teach lawyers how to be effective leaders on immigration, we help change America to preserve and protect our legacy as a country of immigrants.
