Taylor is a DMV native from Montgomery County, Maryland. He graduated from University of Maryland Baltimore County with degrees in History and Political Science. After graduation he chose to enter the field of immigration law in order to continue the work of helping members of his local community he began in Boy Scouts and as a grassroots political organizer.
